For our client BMG Bank Mendes Gans, Etage 0 is looking for a proactive and ambitious Mid Office Client Service Specialist to join their team at the Cash Pooling & International Payments department. This role offers you the chance to expand your expertise in cash pooling, netting, and client services while supporting international clients in complex financial transactions.
Your Role and Impact
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international clients, offering expert support in treasury transactions, interest calculations, and cash pool processing. Your role will involve managing high-value transactions, ensuring accurate financial operations, and collaborating closely with the Back Office and Treasury teams to maintain seamless processes. Your ability to provide outstanding client support will directly contribute to the successful execution of financial transactions for a diverse international client base.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mid Office Client Service Specialist, you will support clients with international payments, FX transactions, and treasury queries. You will ensure accurate execution of cash pool and netting processes, manage client implementations, and resolve operational issues efficiently. Reviewing and processing client data will be an essential part of your role, requiring a high level of accuracy. You will also liaise with internal departments to address and resolve queries swiftly.

- Affinity with complex financial structures and international clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience with international payments, cash pooling, and netting is a plus
- Experience with CDD/KYC and financial analysis is advantageous
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
